OREANDA-NEWS. On 04 August 2008 was announced, that the Board of Directors of CenterTelecom OJSC reviewed recommendations of the company's Committee for Human Resources and Remuneration and has approved the formation of a new Managing Board for the term from Aug. 2, 2008 to July 30, 2009.

In accordance with the Federal Law "About Joint Stock Companies", Vaagn Martirosyan, General Director, is Chairman of the Managing Board.
