Oranta Performed Large-Scale Research of Clients’ Needs
OREANDA-NEWS. On 04 August 2008 was announced, that "Oranta" Incorporated performed a large-scale marketing research on the problem "The market of insurance services: knowledge and attitude to them among the population of Ukraine. Peculiarities of target audience", using the method of mass survey of Ukrainians. The purpose of the research was to observe the level of knowledge and consumption of insurance services among the population of Ukraine.
During the period of the research, since 9th of April up to 21st of May 2008, 4549 persons were questioned. The research confirmed high potential for growth of insurance market and revealed that the most widespread insurance services among the consumers are third party liability insurance OSAGO and motor vehicle insurance CASCO.
The consumers also showed the positive attitude and high preparedness to make use of such services as property insurance and medical insurance.
The analysis of the research results also allowed "Oranta" Incorporated determining the most widespread claims of insurance services’ consumers to its insurance companies. It will enable to establish closer contact with potential clients, to determine and smooth over the existing problems, to improve the quality of rendered services, taking into account the demands of consumers.
