OREANDA-NEWS. On 04 August 2008 was announced, that the Board of Directors of Rosbank which met 31 July, 2008, has made new appointments within the Bank’s Management.

The Board named Marc-Emmanuel Vives as First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management in charge of overall coordination with Societe Generale and in particular for:

development of both revenue and cost synergies with Societe Generale entities in Russia

coordination of relations with different business lines of Societe Generale Group worldwide

coordination of relations with non-Russian corporate clients.

The Board named Igor Antonov as First Deputy Chairman in charge of Retail, Small & Medium Enterprises, Marketing, Network Business management.

Olga Smorodskaya joined the Board of Management as a Deputy Chairman, in charge of Support & Maintenance and network development.

The Board of Directors appointed Georgy Zabolotskiy President of Rosbank in charge of Government Relations.

Georgy Zabolotskiy

Born in 1963. In 1986 graduated from the Moscow Finance Institute (Finance Academy), specialization in International Economic Relations. In 1991-1992 worked in Mosbusinessbank as deputy head of Forex attraction & placement unit, head of Forex transactions unit. In 1992-1998 – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board-Head of Lending and internal forex market transactions division, Acting First Deputy and First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB “International Company for Finance and Investments”. In 1998-1999 – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of UNEXIM Bank, in 1999-2002 – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of ROSBANK. Since 2002 – First Vice-President of Rosbank. In 2004-2007 – Member of the Directors Board of Rosbank, since 2007 – First Deputy Chairman of the Directors Board of Rosbank.

Igor Antonov

Born in 1964. In 1989 graduated from the Moscow Finance Institute (State Finance Academy), specialization in International Economic Relations. Worked in State Planning Committee (Gosplan) of USSR, Central bank of the Russian Federation. In 1992-1994 – Head of Division in the Moscow City Office of the Central bank of the Russian Federation. In 1994-1998 – Deputy Chairman of UNEXIM Bank. Since 1999 – Deputy Chairman of Rosbank.

Marc-Emmanuel Vives

Born in 1962, graduate from Sorbonne University in Paris in 1982, a degree in history. In 1983 he got the degree of Master in Business Administration. He began his career at Societe Generale as an Inspector, then a Chief Inspector of Societe Generale Group Inspection (member of the Committee of Directors of the corps of inspectors). In 1996-1998 - Director Banedwards Sogeleasing (Chile), Deputy General Director of Banco Supervielle Societe Generale (Argentina). In 1998 became Head of the Bank. Since 2006 President and CEO of Bank Societe Generale Vostok.

Olga Smorodskaya

Born in 1957. In 1978 graduated from Moscow Institute of the National Economy n.a. G.Plekhanov, specialization in economical cybernetic. Worked in State Planning Committee (Gosplan) of USSR. In 1993-1996 – Deputy Head of the Department of Construction of the Government of Moscow – Head of the International Relations Department. In 1997-2000 – Vice-President of JSC ONEXIM BANK. In 2000-2002 – Vice-President of JSC Vneshtorgbank. In 2002-2006 – Head of the Federal State Institution of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation CSKA. At present time – President of Beneficent Fund "Novoe Pokolenie".
