OREANDA-NEWS. On July 31, 2008 The Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) has registered the reports on the issuance and placement of uncertificated registered ordinary shares and Type A preferred shares filed by OAO "RAO Energy Systems of the East" and OAO "IDC Holding", reported the press-centre of RAO UES.

In accordance with the terms of reorganization of RAO "UES of Russia", the shares in OAO "RAO Energy Systems of the East" and OAO "IDC Holding" are being exchanged for shares held by the RAO UES shareholders of record as at 6 June 2008.

Under the applicable laws, trading in shares subject to registration is prohibited until the share placement report is registered with the FSFM of Russia. As a result of the registration of the share issue reports, former RAO UES shareholders have shares in OAO "IDC Holding" of the East" and OAO "RAO Energy Systems" at their disposal.
