OREANDA-NEWS. On 1 August 2008 was announced, that from the 1st of August 2008 Subsidiary "Haysynkhlib" and its Subsidiary "Shpola bakery" were converted to the consolidated legal entity - OJSC “Concern Hlibprom”. They will perform their activity under the name of OJSC “Concern Hlibprom”.
