OREANDA-NEWS. On 1 August 2008 was announced, that in accordance with Order of Chairman of the Management Board of RAO UES of Russia Anatoly Chubais dated June 18, 2008, IES-Holding President Mikhail Slobodin has been awarded the title of an Honored Worker of the Unified Energy System of Russia for his active participation in the power industry reform and restructuring of RAO UES of Russia and in connection with successful completion of the RUS (Russian Utility Systems) project.

On July 23, 2008, Head of the Project Center for Completion of RAO UES Reorganization and former Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of RAO UES Yakov Urinson held a formal ceremony to present to Mikhail Slobodin the Order signed by Anatoly Chubais and a badge of Honored Worker of UES of Russia.
