OREANDA-NEWS. On 1 August 2008 was announced, that TransCapitalBank obtained MLT loan facilities amounting to approximately EUR 2,65 million for financing of the import transaction related to purchase of modern equipment for producing of plastic packing. The financing was arranged for purchase of equipment from German (Maschinenfabrik Windmöller und Hölscher) and Italian (MACCHI S.p.A.) producers within the framework of the project for modernization of production facilities.

The facilities in amounting up to EUR 1,8 million were granted by AKA Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft mbH (AKA) and Dresdner Bank AG for the period of up to 5 years under Euler HERMES insurance cover. The funds will be utilized exclusively for payment of 85% from the contractual amounts.

The facilities in amounting up to EUR 0,85 million were granted by Banca Popolare di Bergamo, Italy (UBI Banca) for the period of up to 5 years under SACE insurance cover.
