On July 29, 2008 Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "A" official list, informed KASE by the official letter that on August 27, 2008 at 16:00 ALT it will hold its shareholders special general meeting with the following agenda, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- increase of the number of bank's announced shares;

- early termination of the bank's Board of Directors members authority;

- election of the bank's Board of Directors members.

The meeting of shareholders will be held at: Almaty, 98, Panfilov Str. Participants registration will start on August 27, 2008 at 15:45.

The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the bank's shareholders special general meeting will be developed as of August 1, 2008.

In case of the quorum absence the repeated shareholders meeting will be held on September 11, 2008 at the same address and time.
