OREANDA-NEWS. On July 25, 2008 A.I. Kazmin, General Director of FSUE Russian Post spoke about it in his report discussing the problems of world postal sector development held at XXIV Universal Postal Union Congress, reported the press-centre of Russian Post.

А.I. Кazmin presented the main scenarios of outlook development of postal and financial services, important postal operator business line. He emphasized the optimal scenario for the most of postal operators. It should let post provide both its own financial services in branch offices and ones of post-oriented banks and financial institutions.

А.I. Кazmin also denoted the most long-term development outlooks between national postal operators in the sphere of postal and financial services, among them improvement of quality services on international postal orders, payment product development and other.

"In general, postal and financial services are of most importance for development of postal enterprise", noted A.I. Kazmin.
