OREANDA-NEWS. On 31 July 2008 was announced, that on August 1 Russia will welcome the unique museum of lettering, named Modern Museum of Calligraphy. Opening of a Modern Museum of Calligraphy is the threshold of the International Exhibition of Calligraphy.

The beautiful pieces of calligraphy by the masters from all over the world will inspire everyone. The visitors will enjoy the works of Russian and foreign calligraphers.

The cozy museum pavilion, calligraphic utensils, rare manuscripts create the opportunity for the audience to appreciate and sense the beauty of this ancient art.

After August 1 the museum will be opened for the general public.
