OREANDA-NEWS. July 29, 2008. ROSNO’s Ural Directorate has concluded a contract for provision of the insurance coverage for the railway hoppers owned by the Sibir Transport Company for 11,930 thousand roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The insurance contract provides coverage against the following risks: fire, explosion; violation of railway traffic safety; third-party misconduct; and natural disasters. The railway hoppers’ insurance covers the territory of the Russian Federation, excluding the Chechen Republic, Ingushetia, Northern Ossetia, Dagestan, and the areas where military operations are conducted. The contract has been concluded for one year and may be extended for further terms.
