On July 25, 2008 ATFBank JSC (Almaty), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE by the official letter that from November 1996, the bank is participant of the international payment system Visa, which at that moment was founded in the form of association, reported the press-centre of KASE.

In October 2007, all members of Visa made the decision on global restructuring. After reorganization Visa reformed into the corporation Visa Inc in the form of the joint stock company, therefore all membership fees, paid by the Visa system participants were converted into common shares.

According to the bank's information at present ATFBank JSC owns 17 159 common shares of Visa Inc of Class C (1 series), stake in the authorized capital of Visa Inc of which makes up 0,00005 %.
