OREANDA-NEWS. July 28, 2008. LOCKO-Bank launched a new SME business stream and adapted a long term strategy to become one of the leading and most profitable providers of services to the sector in 2004, reported the press-centre of LOCKO-Bank.

In July, 2007 DAI Europe Ltd was invited to analyze LOCKO-Bank’s activities in the Small and Medium Enterprise Lending Segment and provide its recommendations for the improvement of the Bank’s performance in the sector.

Analysis and recommendations of a team of consultants from DAI Europe Ltd revealed significant market advantages of the Bank such as a strong leadership position, strong IT and MIS (Management Information System) capabilities, high professionalism of the employees, developed regional branch network, conservative approach to risk management, efficient credit procedures and processes.

DAI consultants also emphasized ability of the Bank to achieve significant competitive market advantages in terms of organization of sales capabilities within the branch network and development of a series of mutually beneficial relationships with the clients.

LOCKO-Bank will also consider recommendations of the DAI consultants regarding strengthening of the Bank’s position in the SME niche and developing new market opportunities.
