OREANDA-NEWS. 28 July 2008. OJSC “Zauralsky Kreker” is the subsidiary of PAVA (www.apkhleb.ru), one of the three leading grain processors in Russia. The confectionery enterprise continued to expand the geography of overseas shipments. This year, “Zauralsky Kreker” products appeared in Georgian stores for the first time. In July, 2008 the sample consignment of crackers was shipped to Kyrgyzstan.

The Kyrgyz partners purchased 17 tonnes of crackers. As specialists of the Sales Department at “Zauralsky Kreker” estimate this is quite a big volume for the first shipment. It includes 26 items of the confectionery products. Among the whole product range by “Zauralsky Kreker”, the most popular varieties in Russia are “Rybka” with poppy seed and the “Kvadrat” lot with bacon, cheese and salt. There is also a significant demand for crackers “Onion with sesame” and “Savoury with bran” – these are dietary products which do not contain sugar. Now, the varieties of cracker produced by the Kurgan enterprise and popular with Russians are available to citizens of Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan.
