OREANDA-NEWS. On 28 July 2008 URALSIB Leasing company (URALSIB Leasing), one of the sub-holdings of the Financial Corporation URALSIB, announced that it has placed 5 mln bonds of series 02 on the MICEX.

On 24 July 2008, a full placement of non-convertible documentary interest bearing bonds payable to bearer of series 02 with obligatory centralized keeping issued by URALSIB Leasing company was made on the MICEX. 5 mln bonds with the nominal value of 1,000 rubles were placed through the open subscription. The volume of the placed bond issue is 5 bln rubles. Maturity of bonds is 3 years (1,092 days). During the auction the rate of 1-3 coupons was set in the amount of 12.99% p.a. Effective yield to a 1.5 year put-option of early redemption amounted to 13.41% p.a.

URALSIB Capital, ING Bank Eurasia and Gazprombank were the arrangers of the bonds issue.

The issue was assigned with the state registration number 4-02-36314-R.
