OREANDA-NEWS. July 24, 2008. Mr. Arkady Komissarenko has been appointed to lead the Samara branch of ROSNO’s Privolzhskaya Directorate, reported the press-centre of ROSNO. 

Mr. Arkady  B. Komissarenko was born on January 31’ 1965. He graduated from the Mikoyan Kuibyshev Engineering & Construction Institute, and since 1996 he occupied various executive positions. In 2003, he came to head one of the divisions of the Samara branch of the Volga-Kredit Bank. Since 2007, he managed the Moscow-based service company Niret Ltd. In his new position, Mr. Arkady Komissarenko will be in charge for working out the company’s strategy of business development in the Samara Region, general branch management, and controlling the network of the branch’s agencies.

"The Samara Region is a very promising territory accommodating two cities with population of over million people: Samara and Tolyatti. Among our plans in this regions are: development of the voluntary medical insurance, increase of the number of agents, and opening of new sales offices in car showrooms and banks. We expect that the arrival of Mr. Arkady Komissarenko will strengthen our positions in the Samara Region, provide local residents with high-quality insurance services, and bring such services closer to our clients," commented on the new appointment Mr. Vladimir Parshakov, Deputy CEO of ROSNO and head of the Privolzhskaya Directorate.
