On 25 July 2008 Acron Group announced quarterly results for the 1H 2008 of its principal operating subsidiaries: JSC Acron (listed on RTS and MICEX stock exchanges with the ticker AKRN), JSC Dorogobuzh (listed on RTS with the ticker DGBZ and on MICEX with the ticker DGBZP), and Hongri Acron, together with the aggregated results of these three companies.

The results of JSC Acron and JSC Dorogobuzh are reported under the Russian Accounting Standards, and those of Hongri Acron under the Chinese National Standards.
