OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 July 2008 Ingosstrakh M Insurance Company Ltd announced the winning bidder in the tender for extension of Compulsory Medical Insurance Services (CMI) to 606 thousand unemployed residents of the Novosibirsk Region. The list of bidders included to federal-level insurance companies along with local insurance companies operating in the Novosibirsk area.

According to Alexander Arkhipov, General Director of Ingosstrakh M, the tender confirmed the company’s outstanding business reputation as an insurer operating in the compulsory medical insurance sector.

The key selection criteria reviewed by the tender board to select the winning bidder were the insurer’s financial stability, experience in insurance, timing and terms of issue of insurance policies, responsiveness in handling claims, efficient operation of medical expertise facilities and protection of client rights.
