OREANDA-NEWS. July 22, 2008. JSC SITRONICS, leading provider of solutions in the field of telecommunication, information technologies and microelectronics in Russia and CIS countries, declared about conclusion of framework agreements with the Ministry of informatization and communications of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Municipal Office “Information Technologies Administration of Executive Committee of Kazan city”. The parties will cooperate in several lines: information technologies, telecommunication solutions, microelectronics solutions, intellectual security systems, reported the press-centre of SITRONICS.
 
Goals of these agreements shall be creation of organizational and legal foundations for development of mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of use of advanced technologies and solutions in educational, health care, transport, security systems as well as in housing and communal services of Kazan city and the Republic of Tatarstan in order increase effectiveness of public administration.
 
It is planned to implement several important projects in the field of information technologies. In particular within framework of the agreement it is planned to conduct the following:

development and implementation of “Multiservice informational and communication educational network" (MIEN) of Kazan city that shall unite educational establishments and authorities for management of city education into single network and shall provide cardinal improving of quality and availability of education for all sections of city population regardless of social status and place of residence;

creation of complex medical solution “Intelligent clinic” for treatment and preventive institutions of different levels that shall improve efficiency of disease prevention, diagnostics and choice of optimal method of treatment;

creation of modern informational control center that shall provide strengthening of control over transport and freight services of the public and commercial enterprises of Kazan city that will increase safety in transport;

implementation of automated systems for complex accounting of electric power, gas, water, systems for information processing and modern data transmission network that will increase efficiency of administration of housing and communal services enterprises of Kazan city.
 
Also agreements provides implementation of technical projects for preparation of large scale sports  event “World Student Games 2013” that will take place in Kazan city.
 
In the field of telecommunication solutions the Republic of Tatarstan is offered contemporary network solutions, means of content delivery, systems for wired and wireless broadband Internet access, as well as equipment for data transfer based on radio relay communications.
 
Within mutually beneficial cooperation the parties will work at creation of integrated security and support systems of railway stations and airports, educational establishments and other objects of various category of complexity.
