OREANDA-NEWS. On 23 July 2008 was announced, that a mixed-use administration building with the total area of more than 25,000 sq m with an underground car park is to be erected in northeast Moscow by 2011.

“The construction of a mixed-use administration complex with an underground car park with the total area of 25,180 sq m on the 0.56ha site is to be built on Snezhnaya Street in northeast Moscow during 2008-2011,” a source from Moscow City Hall said.

According to the source, the car park will have 232 parking spaces.

The complex is to be erected at the expense of investors.
