On July 21, 2008 Shymkent Munai Onimderi JSC (South-Kazakhstan Region, hereinafter - the company), shares of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "B" official list, informed KASE by the official letter that on August 20, 2008, it will hold shareholders annual general meeting with the following agenda, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- approval of the executive body report on the company's activities results for 2007;

- approval of the company's annual financial statements;

- approval of the order of distribution of the company's net income for 2007 and the dividend size per common share;

- consideration of appeals of shareholders on actions of the company and its officials and consideration results.
