On July 21, 2008 Kostanai Minerals JSC (Kostanai Region, Zhitikara City, hereinafter - the company), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "A" official list, informed KASE by the official letter that on August 22, 2008 at 15:00, it will hold shareholders annual general meeting with the following agenda, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- approval of the report on the company's economic activities results for 2007 and objective for the current period;

- on dividends;

- on selection of an auditing company.
