On July 21, 2008 ATFBank JSC (Almaty), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE by the official letter on selling of 947 573 common shares (75,1 % from offered common shares) and 105 283 preferred shares (75,1 % from offered preferred shares) of Sohibkorbank OJSC (Tajikistan), reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the message ATFBank JSC is no longer the shareholder of Sohibkorbank OJSC.
