OREANDA-NEWS. July 22, 2008. The meeting of the power system activists was held in a sports and health care camp "Shelanga" of Kazan State Power Engineering University (KSPEU). Together with specialists of the power holding in the Forum took part the young power engineering specialists, students and faculty of KSPEU.

Annual holding of such youth forums in informal environment is a part of social management successfully realized at power engineering entities of Tatarstan. The action promoted by the power engineering university and Tatenergo, once proved the mutual solidarity of both the youth and a power cluster in person of industry university and companies of Tatarstan power holding.

The head of administration of Tatenergo Guzalia Ahmadieva in address to Forum on behalf of the Holding management warmly thanked the leaders of the youth movement for energy and the hosting party for cooperation in arranging and provision of excellent conditions for active rest of the young power engineering specialists. "The major goal of such actions is a socializing and consolidation of the most active part of team of our companies", – she commented. This goal was reached and this is especially significant under conditions of territorial disconnection of power holding companies.

The high level of organization of Forum was emphasized by its participants and variety of recreational program exceeded expectations. It included cultural recreation part with fine concert numbers and various sports games, and mini sabantui and bathing in Volga river.

Participants of the Forum, activists of public and production life of the Holding companies and advanced students of power engineering university participate in many competitions held simultaneously at various sites: volleyball, basketball shooting and arms wrestling , national fight "Koresh” running in sucks and breaking the pots…

Also competed the representatives of the "older generation", including the mangers of subdivisions of Tatenergo and staff of KSPEU.

"Here and now are accumulated many creative energy, – commented the rector of KSPEU Yuri Petrushenko one of the contests on the new site built in Shelanga inly in September of the last year for Spartan games of power engineering universities of country. – Now many young men have chance to associate in sports and come here regardless of initial plans of recreation. Contacts result in strong business relations, in joint projects and PhD theses…

This way the recreational actions becomes research and professional one". He young specialists confirmed his opinion and said that the Forum strengthens the corporate spirit in the industry and allows to gain many interesting and beneficial connections as well as lay the foundations of future constructive negotiations.

Besides this gives unforgettable time and fine recreation among the power full associates. The conclusion was unanimous "We need to meet on a more frequent basis".
