Allianz Implemented New Sales Management System
OREANDA-NEWS. On 22 July 2008 was announced, that Allianz Insurance Company performed restructuring of the sales management system for the purpose of more qualitative customer service provision.
Development and implementation of Allianz Ins.Co. new sales management structure are related to formation of more clear system of interrelations of emploeeys of all levels from the Company’s Head office to regional subdivisions. The restructuring shall result in optimization of working processes of all Allianz subdivisions and improved development of the regional network.
In the framework of changing the sales management structure, re-organization and re-distribution of functional duties Allianz Ins.Co. Sales Departments of employees were performed under the supervision of Sales Director Alexei Malykh:
Andrei Dubei, Deputy Sales and Mediate Director shall be responsible for development of the Company’s insurance product sales through non-insurance mediates (banks, car dealerships, etc.);
Marina Yanovskaya, Deputy Corporate Customer Director shall be responsible for development of the Company’s insurance product sales to corporate clients;
Oleg Bondarenko, Deputy Sales and Regional Network Development Director shall be responsible for formation of regional network in the territory of Ukraine.
