OREANDA-NEWS. On July 18, 2008 Concern Tsesna-Astyk LLP (Astana), the listed company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of minutes of its participants special general meeting of June 20, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the provided document participants of Concern Tsesna-Astyk LLP made the following decisions:

- remove from the company's Board composition Kichatov A.B. from July 1, 2008;

- introduce into the company's Board composition Ibragimov A.M. from July 2, 2008.
