OREANDA-NEWS. July 18, 2008. An opening ceremony for the Bryansk retail personal services office of Bank Electronika was held in that city on July 3, 2008. The office offers the general public convenient, practical banking services: deposits, loans, and cashier and payment services.

Residents of Bryansk have known Bank Electronika for a very long time. A branch of the Bank has operated in the city since 1993. Now, in order to meet the growing needs of the public better, the Bank has opened a new office specializing in work with individuals. The branch office will pay greater attention to servicing small and medium-sized businesses, those know as B2B clients.
The new-format retail office has been designed for the greatest convenience and accessibility to the public. Everything in the office is tied to that goal – an absolutely new design for the organization of services, premises with a pleasant, original design in Bank Electronika’s contemporary corporate style.

The new office is one of the building blocks in a powerful national retail network that Bank Electronika is constructing. In accordance with its retail strategy through 2010, the Bank will open as many as 150 retail offices in large cities of Russia, those whose populations exceed 200,000. Twelve retail personal services offices are already at work, and the Bank’s entire regional network has reached 31 offices.
The product line of the retail offices is egalitarian and accessible to families with average and even lower earnings. (The Bank has planned its services for people whose incomes range between 2,500 rubles and 15,000 rubles per month per family member.). Ten rubles is adequate, for example, to open a deposit at the Bank. Loans may be taken for sums between 5,000 rubles and 120,000 rubles; applications require minimum documentation and are reviewed in the shortest possible time. The Bank also executes ruble-denominated money transfers. Clients who open accounts receive a free international Visa Electron Non-Personalised payment card.

The Bank has taken care to ensure that clients find it pleasant to visit. Each personal services office has been outfitted with a children’s corner where kids can comfortably spend time while parents are engaged in discussions with Bank employees. In addition, visitors to the retail offices need not prepare banking slips and payment requisitions – employees of the Bank handle all the routine work.
Bank Electronika is striving to become a family lending institution and to help Russian families financially realize their plans and dreams. “Reliable helpmate” – is the motto of the Bank’s retail strategy.

Marina Upatova, Director of the Directorate for Retail Business at Bank Electronika, noted: “Our market studies have shown that there is a great demand for accessible banking services in the regions. We offer high-quality, convenient banking services that are, most importantly, acceptable to the average person. An individual may come to the Bank and obtain a loan for a child’s education or wedding or for a sizeable purchase. Our client must have the opportunity to acquire banking products just as easily as he purchases groceries in the supermarket.”
The retail personal services office works weekdays from 9:00 to 20:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00.
The Bryansk office is located at Ulitsa Krasnoarmeiskaya 31.
