OREANDA-NEWS. July 17, 2008.  Europe and Eurasia Regional Director of the US Trade and Development Agency Daniel D. Stein visits Ashgabat.

The aim of the visit is to discuss the prospects and possible fields of further development of bilateral partnership prioritizing energy co-operation.

The high-ranking official of the US Trade and Development Agency was received at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and held the talks at the Ministry of Oil and Gas and Mineral Resources and the State Agency for Hydrocarbon Resources Use and Management under President of Turkmenistan.

The American guest will have the meetings at the ministries and departments, in particular the Ministry of Communication, Turkmentelekom and the Supreme Council for Science and Technology under President of Turkmenistan.
