OREANDA-NEWS. On 17 July 2008 was announced, that an extraordinary shareholders' meeting of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB held at 2 p.m. passed the following decisions:

1) To recall the current Supervisory Board of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB and to establish that the powers thereof are terminated as from the commencement of activities of a new Supervisory Board of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB.

2) To elect the following persons to the Supervisory Board of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB: Andrius Shimkus, Vidmantas Grushas, Algimantas Zaremba, Darius Kashauskas ir Mario Nullmeier;

3) To establish that the new Supervisory Board of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB will commence activities as from the date of election thereof by the shareholders’ meeting of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB.

On the same date, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB held at 3 p.m. passed the following decisions:

1) To elect Andrius Shimkus chairman of the Supervisory Board of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB.

2) To recall the current Board of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB and to establish that the powers thereof are terminated as from the commencement of activities of a new Board of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB.

3) To elect the following persons to the Board of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB: Gintautas Mazhgeika, Valdas Bancevichius ir Vytenis Kudinskas;

4) Not to elect a fourth member of the Board of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB.

5) To establish that the new Board of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB will commence activities as from the adjournment of the meeting of the Supervisory Board of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB that elected the Board.

On the same date, a meeting of the Board of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB held at 3:30 p.m. passed the following decisions:

1) To elect Gintautas Mazhgeika chairman of the Board of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB.

2) To recall the Chief Executive Officer of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB.

3) To elect Gintautas Mazhgeika new Chief Executive Officer of Rytг Skirstomieji Tinklai AB.
