OREANDA-NEWS. On 17 July 2008 was announced, that the Stock Exchange Council of MICEX resolved to improve the listing rating of TGC-1 shares. The Company’s shares have been transferred from the quotation list “B” to the quotation list “A2” of MICEX.

Therefore, TGC-1 has become the first territorial generating company in Russia, established during the power industry reforming, which got such a high listing level. Taking into account the significant improvement of TGC-1 free-floating since July 1, 2008, the shares listing in “A” quotation list will help to improve the shares liquidity rate, and confirm a traditionally high corporate governance level.

TGC-1 shares have been circulating at MICEX since January 25, 2007, and have been listed in “B” quotation list since December 21, 2007.

State registration number of the shares issue is 1-01-03388-D, total shares issued - 3,850,959,750,205 3/7 units with nominal value 0.01 RUR per share.
