OREANDA-NEWS. On 17 July 2008 was announced, that by OAO “PO “Sevmash” Director General order, Mikhail Sitkin is appointed Deputy for Social Development.

This order was signed on the 3rd of July. Mikhail Sitkin is familiar with Sevmash, from 1968 to 2004 he underwent a way from fitter apprentice to Deputy Director General for Social Development. The last four years M. Sitkin worked in region administration as Deputy Governor for Social policy.
