OREANDA-NEWS. On July 14, 2008 BANK CASPIAN JSC (Almaty), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "A" official list, disseminated press release, which informs that June 30, 2008, authorities of Alexander Gans-Jurgen fon Glyaih as a Deputy Chairman of the bank's Board were terminated. Termination of Alexander Gans-Jurgen fon Glyaih`s authorities was based on the decision of the bank's Board of Directors, dated June 27, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the message, by the mentioned decision of the bank's Board of Directors, the following bank's Board staff was approved:

- Lomtadze Mihail Nugzarovich - Chairman of the bank's Board;

- Samzaev Nurbol Artykbaevich - Deputy Chairman of the bank's Board;

- Kirvalidze Mamuka - Deputy Chairman of the bank's Board;

- Dzhumadillaeva Gulmira Dzhanibekovna - Deputy Chairman of the bank's Board;

- Didenko Yurij - Deputy Chairman of the bank's Board.
