On July 14, 2008 Subsidiary of Bank TuranAlem JSC – Temirbank JSC (Almaty, in the heading and hereinafter - Temirbank JSC), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list, provided KASE with a copy of notification of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) on approving report on offering results of bank's shares, dated June 11, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Shares issue of Temirbank JSC was included in state register securities under A0026. The issue is divided on 95,000,000 common shares KZ1C00260014 and 5,000,000 preferred shares KZ1P00260110.

According to AFS notification as of September 26, 2007 75,945,952 common shares were not offered. Authorized capital was KZT34,396,655,000.00.
