On July 14, 2008 SENIM-BANK JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), common shares of which are included into the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "B" official list, informed KASE by the official letter that by the decision of the bank's Board of Directors of June 27, 2008, Pirmaganbetova A.K., previously Chief Accountant and the bank's Board member, was assigned as Deputy Chairman of the bank's Board, reported the press-centre of  KASE.

According to the message, by the mentioned decision of the bank's Board of Directors, Vedernikova N.S., previously Deputy Chief Accountant and Head of Operations Department of the bank, was assigned as Chief Accountant and the bank's Board member.
