Comstar Made Possible to Pay for Services from Home
OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 July 2008 COMSTAR – United Telesystems (LLC COMSTAR-UTS, LSE: CMST), the largest provider of integrated telecommunications services in Russia and CIS announced that CJSC COMSTAR-Direct, the leading provider of broadband Internet access services (trade mark STREAM), a member of COMSTAR-UTS Group, provide its subscribers with possibility to pay for services via Internet using bank cards of international payment systems VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club. The project was realized in cooperation with CJSC ChronoPay (trade mark ChronoPay, founder – ChronoPay B.V., Netherlands).
Now it is possible to pay for all the services provided by COMSTAR-Direct, using personal account of a STREAM subscriber (you can log into your personal account on the web-page www.stream.ru). The payment is made in online mode. Payment commission is not charged to a subscriber. ChronoPay meets the highest security standards as required by the major credit card organizations Visa, MasterCard and American Express (PCI compliancy). Additionally, the system is tested daily for all known vulnerabilities and is certified by HackerSafe.
