CIS Countries Increases Demand for PAVA Production
OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 July 2008 was announced, that according to the employees of PAVA International Business Department, demand for products of the Altay grain processor in the CIS countries is seen growing. Since the beginning of June from 300 to 500 tonnes of PAVA flour was shipped to the CIS almost every day.
Apart from the invariably high quality of its products, there are a number of other factors that make PAVA attractive for collaboration with overseas partners. The advantage of the enterprises in the PAVA Group is their geographical location. Flour mills of the grain processor are situated close to export borders. PAVA is the only company over the Urals that is able to manufacture large volumes of high-quality products required for export. Moreover, the company has an International Business Department where employees specialize in drawing up foreign contracts.
Last month the main clients among the CIS countries were partners from Uzbekistan. There are several wholesaler companies in the Republic which are interested in buying flour produced by PAVA. The national dish – pancake lavash – is baked out of PAVA flour. Local bakers noticed a while ago that the high-quality Altay flour gives a special flavour to lavash; besides, the pancake remains fresh for a long time and doesn’t stale.
Furthermore, it is the first time that Kazakhstan took an interest in PAVA products. In July, the country will receive semolina and buckwheat cereals. PAVA specialists forecast that in the former USSR countries decrease in the buying activity for products of the grain processor will not be seen up to the end of May.
