OREANDA-NEWS. On July 10, 2008 The Transport and Communications Ministry upped duties and payments for services rendered in sea ports for foreign ships since July 8, reported the Official website www.kmu.gov.ua.

In particular, the amount of the pilot fee increased by 58 percent on average.

A duty for services of the ship movement regulation has also been raised by 58 percent.

The amount of the tie-down duty rose by 57 percent on average.
