CEO of IDGC of Centre Received Notes of Thanks Magazines
OREANDA-NEWS. On 11 July 2008 was announced, that recently General Director of IDGC of Centre, JSC has received two notes of thanks at once: one from the EnergoInfo specialised magazine team for supporting performance of the seminar Innovations as a basis for development and increase of the distribution grid complex reliability that took place under the Electro-2008 exhibition on June 10, 2008 and from EnergoRynok magazine for holding of Electric power industry to consumers conference.
We would like to remind that managers, engineers, designers and sales managers of electric facilities production and supplying companies from all over Russia were present at the seminar-meeting Innovations as a basis for development and increase of the distribution grid complex reliability. Technical directors, specialists of IDGC of Centre and subsidiaries presented reports in the most essential and important directions of the technical policy performance of the company, use of this or that equipment.
Receiving the note of thanks from the magazine team, Evgeny Makarov stressed again the importance and necessity of such meetings, "The scale of investment programs and the problem that powermen face are such that producers should not only keep in pace but be ahead, offering latest innovations. That's why during such meetings as Innovations as a basis for development and increase of reliability of IDGC of Centre, JSC distribution grid complex we try to establish productive cooperation between the company and producers. As a result of such meeting the equipment producers will be able to understand how IDGC of Centre develops, and, following its example, other IDGCs of Russia, what equipment will be used in the grid complex a few years later and in the future."
"At this meeting we tried to inform the producers about the requirements in power facilities exploitation that we set now and plan to use in the nearest future", said Segey Shumakher, Deputy General Director for technical policy of IDGC of Centre, JSC. "During the discussion we received from suppliers very sound arguments that we will use at development of IDGC further technical policy."
The seminar organisers also received notes of thanks from the magazine: Deputy General Director for technical policy of IDGC of Centre, JSC Sergey Shumakher, Director for operation and repairs of IDGC of Centre, JSC Dmitry Pankov, Head of the Department of Public Relations of IDGC of Centre, JSC Maksim Landa, Head of the Department of Technical Development Dmitry Rybnikov.
IDGC of Centre, JSC plans to hold each year such seminars, meetings and exchange of opinions between producers, suppliers and specialists of IDGC of Centre.
Acting as the partner of the Electric power industry to consumers conference, IDGC of Centre set the goal to carry out the analysis of practice of work with consumers, and also to discuss problems of customer-oriented policy of the industry in 2008 to 2011.
In his report Relation between customers and power companies in the retail market General Director of IDGC of Centre, JSC Evgeny Makarov attracted the audience attention to the fact that the interregional distribution grid companies of the country work today in changing conditions. "If we compare the consumer before reform when he had relations with "energo" joint-stock companies with the position in which he is now, it becomes clear that it is a very difficult position. We should do our best to improve his position. The retail market of the electric power, relations between the companies themselves have not yet been formed. The retail model should take into account interests of all market entities. Our task is to learn how to build civilised relations and prepare for future. IDGC of centre is doing its best for it". He stressed again the importance of formation and development of customer service systems of power companies, and this must take place not by an administrative method but under the good will of shareholders and the companies' management and reflect the development strategy.
