OREANDA-NEWS. July 10, 2008. The Contract has been prepared with due regard being paid to all changes that occurred in the electric power market.

JSC IDGC of the North-West and JSC Vologda Retail Supplier  have concluded the contract on rendering of services in electric energy transfer. The document was signed by IDGC of the North-West Chief Officer for Electric Power Transportation Svetlana Gorshkova and Military Insurance Company Chief Executive Officer Sergey Kochurov.

"Difficult work on building-up of joint activity is completed, and we are quite satisfied with the results ," said Svetlana Gorshkova. "For about half a year specialist of the two companies discussed amendments to the contract: there were many questions concerning the Retail Market Rules, and heat debates focused on electric energy metering system. As a result we managed to reach a compromise and fix the actions of two parties in the contract." 

Sergey Kochurov called the contract conclusion  an important event for the two companies. "Under the new market conditions, when new independent companies have been established in the process of the industry restructuring, it is necessary to conclude new contracts that are made not after RAO UES standard form, but on the basis of the new needs of the power companies," he said.

The Contract between JSC Vologda Retail Supplier and JSC IDGC of the North-West was prepared with an unlimited effect with regard of the changes that occurred in the electric energy market of the region.   The new document will allow for the retail supplier to work more effectively with Vologdaenergo, an IDGC of the North-West subsidiary.
