OREANDA-NEWS. July 10, 2008. The Bank of Moscow announced the launch of the 12th rights issue. 7 358 648 nominal ordinary shares will be placed.

Within the first 45 days (from 3 of July to16 of August), the existing shareholders (as per Shareholder Register as of 15 of April) will be able to execгеу the pre-emptive rights. The price for the pre-emptive rights holders is set up at the level of RUB 1081 per share. Upon the finalization of the pre-emptive period, the remaining shares will be put in the open market.
