On 09 July 2008 was announced, that Belarusbank (32 Myasnikov str., 220050, Minsk) plans to hold an open auction on a rising price basis to sell an isolated building with inventory number 350/D-148751 located at: 6 Telman str., Gomel, Gomel Region, floor space – 615,3 sq. m., use –  administrative premise, name – administrative premise.

Pursuant to Decision № 214 of the Gomel City Executive Committee, dated 18.02.1998, the land plot was provided for permanent use to the Partnership for the Maintenance of a Dwelling House № 6 in Telman str. (0,1916 ha) and Belarusbank (0,0213 ha). The initial price for the sale of the isolated building is BYR1160816413 including VAT.
