OREANDA-NEWS. On 09 July 2008 was announced, that KFS-group investment and development company is to erect 2 business centres on the former industrial areas of Tryokhgornaya Manufaktura and Gramzapis pilot plant in Moscow with the total investment of \\$500 million.

300,000 sq m of offices of class A are to be built in the aggregate. “We use own funds partially, the rest is the credits including the ones from our western partners,” the daily said referring to Movlid Visaitov, manager of KFS-group.

The first object with the area of 190,000 sq m is to be built on the former area of Tryokhgornaya Manufaktura.

Earlier KFS-group erected Zapad logistics centre on this place that is set to be demolished. KFS-group estimates the investment value of Oazis at quite a wide range of 250,000-400,000 million.

The second site located on Krondshtadsky Boulevard near Vodny Stadion metro station was earlier owned by Gramzapis pilot plant.

KFS-group opened Krona retail and office centre with the area of 15,200 sq m on the 1.3-ha space on Krondshtadsky Boulevard in 2001.

“We decided to reconstruct Krona enlarging its area up to 80,000 sq m. KFS-group estimates its investment value at \\$120 million,” Mr Visaitov said.

The projects are currently being endorsed. The construction works are scheduled to be launched in 2009.
