OREANDA-NEWS. On 09 July 2008 was announced, that families of four employees of Tsentrsibnefteprovid became the first owners of the apartments under Transneft’s new housing program.

According to the procedure approved of in the company, it became possible to improve living conditions by selling residential premises that had been provided to employees under short-term commercial lease agreements. Apartments are transferred in ownership under purchase agreements, including with full or partial price reimbursement.
