OREANDA-NEWS. On 09 July 2008 was announced, that merge of consulting companies (old strategic partners of IDGC of Centre, JSC)  Ѓ\ "Sciener" ltd and "Fainomika" ltd  was completed.

Thus, 100 % of "Fainomika" assets passed to  "Sciener"  (www.sciener.ru). Thanks to it  "Sciener",  that is among 50 largest consulting groups of Russia by the 2007 results (according to the data of  "Expert R„@"), will strengthen its positions in the IT market and  increase the scale of its service.

The merge is aimed at increase of the market share and convenience of customers. Besides, "Sciener"  will receive the status of IDS Scheer exclusive partner.

"Sciener" ltd and "Fainomika" ltd are two groups with a similar corporate culture and values, but they offer various scale of services, which, at joint implementation, create complex management system of the whole enterprise. Thus, "Fainomika" has achieved great successes in rendering of services in construction and development of strategic management system, process management system, quality management system, and also in data support of these processes. "Sciener" main kinds of activity include  information and consulting services of technical, economic and administrative character, adjustment and implementation of SAP AG products.

Peculiarity of the merge is that both companies have a successful   expertise of work at Russian power complex enterprises. The performed projects showed that the companies successfully cooperated as partners and now may work together as one team.

According to managing director Maksim Lesnichenko, "Sciener"  performs the developed management system and strategic targets in the companyЃfs operative activity  and is also engaged in automation of this trend.  "Fainomika" defined for the customer the basic ways of its development, and "Sciener"  automated the enterprise's operative activity. Product line of the merged company will allow the customer to receive services in both strategic planning and efficient tactical business processes management.

The new company preserved the management of both teams, as well as all workplaces. The management team is divided into operational management and production management.
