OREANDA-NEWS. July 07, 2008. Paris will open the world's eighth Buddha Bar restaurant under a franchise agreement, reported the Official website www.kmu.gov.ua. 

The establishment is designed for 500 seats and has a total area of 1,540 square meters. The restaurant was constructed by the office of the French George V Eatertainment.

To build the restaurant, brand owners studied the Ukrainian market for three years, a World Card's co-founder said. He said that over USD 7,5 million in investment had been raised to open the Buddha Bar.

In the opinion of experts, the franchise of the Kyiv-based Buddha Bar is the most expensive in Ukraine.
