OREANDA-NEWS. July 07, 2008. The new director of the Irkutsk-ROSNO branch of the company’s Siberian Directorate is Mr. Sergey Chipizubov, previously holding a position of the Deputy Director of the Eastern Siberian Directorate. This appointment has been made in accordance with the regional business restructuring program implemented by ROSNO in 2008, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

As previously reported, the branches controlled by ROSNO’s Eastern Siberian and Middle Siberian Directorates have been integrated in the Siberian Federal Okrug, and a Siberian Directorate has been established with head office in Novosibirsk. It will be headed by Mr. Alexander Makhankov, previously leading the Eastern Siberian Directorate, with the centre in Irkutsk. In accordance with the order issued by the head of the unified Siberian Directorate, ROSNO’s branch in Irkutsk will now be headed by Mr. Sergey Chipizubov.

Sergey Nikolayevich Chipizubov was born on May 22’ 1959. In 1981, he graduated from the Irkutsk State University with major in Mathematics Teaching.

Sergey Chipizubov began his career in insurance in November 2002 in the insurance company ROSNO, being appointed to the position of the deputy head of the voluntary medical insurance division. Later he was appointed to the position of the head of the VMI division, he led corporate insurance department in the Irkutsk-ROSNO branch, and the economic analysis and planning division of the Eastern Siberian Directorate. In April 2006, he was appointed deputy head of the Directorate for administrative issues.

Prior to entering ROSNO, from 1989 to 2000, Sergey Nikolayevich headed the trading company TOO "Irkutsko-Moskovskoye Predpriyatie Charoit", later renamed Tandi Ltd. In 2000 to 2002 he worked in the Youth Policy Committee of the Irkutsk Regional Government as an advisor in the socio-economic programmes division, and subsequently as the deputy head of the socio-cultural programmes division. At the same time, he led the public association of the RF MZHK for the Irkutsk Region and developed a programme "Affordable Housing for Young Families", which is still effective.

In his new position Sergey Chipizubov will be responsible for elaboration of the company’s business development strategy in the Irkutsk Region, conduct general administration of the Irkutsk-ROSNO branch, agencies in Angarsk and Bratsk, and supervise the branches located in Krasnoyarsk, Chita, Abakan, and Ulan-Ude.
