Deutsche Bank Russia Announces New Chief Information Officer
OREANDA-NEWS. On 08 July 2008 Deutsche Bank announced the appointment of Stepan Tomlianovich as Chief Information Officer for Deutsche Bank in Russia. Tomlianovich was formerly Director of the Remote Operations Department at Rosbank. Stepan will report regionally to Graeme Biggs, Cluster CIO for EEMA/MENA, Deutsche Bank, and locally Mikhail Yudin, COO for Deutsche Bank, Russia.
Commenting on the appointment, Mikhail Yudin said, "We continue to strengthen our Russian team by attracting the best specialists. Stepan is yet another example of this policy in action. We are strongly committed to maintaining high quality technology and operations standards within the Bank and the addition of Stepan to the team will only serve to strengthen our current offering. I am confident that with Stepan’s help we will continue to deliver innovative views”
Graeme Biggs, Cluster CIO for EEMA/MENA, Deutsche Bank, commented “Stepan’s tremendous experience and outstanding reputation in the challenging Russian market will be an asset to the Operations and Technology functions in Deutsche Bank, Moscow. Stepan Tomlianovich has fifteen years experience in the Russian banking sector. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Tomlianovich worked at Rosbank for ten years and occupied senior management positions in the depositary, technical design and remote operations departments. He joined Rosbank from Unexim Bank, where headed the depositary department.
