OREANDA-NEWS. On 08 July 2008 was announced, that forbes magazine published the list of the largest suburban residential developers in the Moscow Region. JSC “OPIN” was rated by Forbes as one of the top ten leading developers. The main selection criteria were the number and the area size of cottages already built by the companies.

The rating of the top ten largest developers in the Moscow Region by Forbes was based on the results of a survey of large broker and consulting companies specializing on suburban residential real estate.
