OREANDA-NEWS. On July 04, 2008 by the decision of the Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Vernyi Capital JSC (Almaty) has been disqualified from exercising specialist duties on preference shares of the eighth issue KZ1P35970816 (ATFBp8) of ATFBank JSC (Almaty) tradable in the official KASE list of category "A" beginning July 3, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

This decision has been made in accordance with article 8 of the KASE internal document "Specification of Market Maker Status for Exchange Members in Categories "P" and "H"" on the basis of application of Vernyi Capital JSC.
