OREANDA-NEWS. On 07 July 2008 was announced, that the executive board of OJSC "Universalna" was renamed from "Supervisory Board" to "Management Board" by changing the Statute of the company.

The decision was made during the Shareholder’s General Meeting on June 25, 2008.

Since June 26, 2008 Oleksiy Muzychko has been appointed the Chairman of the Board of OJSC "Universalna".

In addition, Oleksandr Pavlenko, the General Director of OJSC "Universalna", has been transferred on a position of Vice-President of "Universalna Investment Group".

Oleksiy Muzychko was born on December 5, 1973 in Chervonograd (Lviv region). In 1996 he graduated from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with a specialization in Jurisprudence and received the diploma in Law.

Mr. Muzychko had held a position of the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of OJSC "Credo-Classic" before he has been appointed the Chairman of the Board of OJSC "Universalna".
